I'm an anime fan and I must admit it. Well, recently I was exploring the net about customized notebooks and I found lots of tutorials for a triangle-pattern Tumblr inspired notebooks. So, since I didn't have any magazines at home, I started working with my old comics that were accutally a lot at home.
The supplies that you will need are:
1. A notebook (duh...)
2. Comics, manga
3. A triangle drawn on a manila card/card stock
4. A black-colored spray paint and newspaper
5. Pencil, scissors and glue
6. A wide clear tape or decoupage/mod podge

Instructions:
1. Lay some newspaper on the groud and spray a coat of black paint evenly on the cover. Let dry.
2. Take your comics and flip over the pages to pick the desired look you want. Then, trace the triangle and cut out.
3. Make lots of them and glue them nicely onto the cover. Trim the access paper.
4. Finally, spread a layer of decoupage/mod podge on the cover. If you don't have decoupage or mod podge, just stick the wide sticky tape nicely to ensure that it's waterproof.
And voila! Your triangular-pattern anime/manga inspired notebook is finished! Easy, right? Now go and try the tutorial for yourself!
